Drift branding
I experimented with some branding idea for Drift and came up with this:
Lighting and colors would need more work, but if you like the idea I could explore that further.
Also, very hard to convey an 80's vibe on a white background, so I cheated with this dark one!
Like the idea and think this could work out nicely 😄

While refining the type for the logo, in a way that then can be used for other products of PEST, I ended up with this artwork.

Fun fact, on my first attempt I tried similar grid & sun, but it didn't really work. Your mountains and oblique stripes are the cool touch glueing everything together 💯

@AlexMartinFR regarding the ASCII art, are you doing it by hand? What's the max char width?

The minimalistic B&W version looks great as is 👍
I did a very quick ('n dirty) mockup of what the homepage could look like with it as the hero image, because that's where your artwork would really shine:

The readability of the text covering the image would need to be increased, but this wouldn't be difficult. (More fading to the grid? Space everything further appart?)
As for the docs, I'm curious to see what you have in mind!
Regarding the ASCII logos, yes they are hand-made. I tried generators/converters in the past but always ended-up fixing the kerning or some other small details.
I aimed for 9-char width for the Pest logo, but had to cheat a little for the "ST" to look correct. The S spans 11 characters-wide, if you don't count the top bar fusing with the T.
