webpage unavailable - nginx 1.4 - drupal 7

Hi.

I have a fresh nginx 1.4.7.1 install, and a new copy of this config in /etc/nginx.

I've commented out the upload progress config as I don't have this module built into nginx yet. I've setup a default.conf file in sites-available, but when I hit the page I just get a this webpage is not available message.

No output in any of the logs at all.

Could somebody point me in the right direction as to where I can look next to debug this?
