nginx settings + varnish

I use these settings with varnish? is a good option?

I'm using them and had 0 issues. I've used varnish 3.x hints from here: https://fourkitchens.atlassian.net/wiki/display/TECH/Configure+Varnish+3+for+Drupal+7, but I changed many things to suit my applications needs.

Normally it should have any issue on using Varnish.
