Closing -- all functionality, except default plugins, has been moved into separate pull requests.

I can reproduce this. It also happens with shared text.

It seems to be fixed in the [TestFlight release](https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/ios-pre-release-2-10-is-now-available-updated-29-dec/28848) (iOS 16.3.1, Joplin 12.10.4).
