I did both a dirty (flashed over previous release, flashed gapps, wipe cache/dalvik, reboot), then a clean install (flashed bootloader, wiped all, installed current release, flashed gapps, reboot) of the 10/17 build of CM10 using TWRP v2.2.2.1. both times Face Unlock fc's on trying to set it up. Didn't see it listed in the "known issues" on your blog, so posting here since the XDA thread is full of spam and it's not your thread so idk how often you actually check it.
