Issue Description and steps to reproduce: Sometimes, while downloading a file from GitHub's releases, it stops at 99%, and the log show this error: 2024-03-25 18:25:10,688 - Persepolis - ERROR - Download failed - GID : 5d6d9c4ebe471a77- Message : Authorization failed.

No, There are two files, one with the original name and the other with .aria2 extension, that means aria2 did not finish downloading the file.

I think this problem is related to aria2c. Please try to add download link again with new download process. Perhaps it solves the problem.
