Crashes after adding any download in openSUSE Tumbleweed

• Operating System: GNU/Linux
• Distro(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): openSUSE Tumbleweed
• Desktop Environment(For GNU/Linux and BSD users): KDE Plasma 5.22
• Persepolis Version: 3.2.0-2.16
• How do you install Persepolis?: From hayyan71 repo of OBS (https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:hayyan71/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/home:hayyan71.repo)

Issue Description and steps to reproduce:

1. Open persepolis
2. Add any download link
3. Perseplois immediately crashes and restarting persepolis shows the download errored out. The added download cannot be resumed/restarted.

I had the same problem. Install "libnotify-tools" to fix it.
