Add new download links in Running queue/category goes to the top

• Persepolis Version: 3.2.0
• How do you install Persepolis? Repositories

Issue Description and steps to reproduce: Right now when you add new download links to a category, it goes to the top of the list, although persepolis ends up downloading it in the right order, but it would look much reasonable if new links goes to the end of list.
