**Issue Description and steps to reproduce: I downloaded an ISO file and after the download completed, I wanted to open the download folder but got the message that it can't be found.

Network problem has occurred. cause:A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network.
Looks like you couldn't download the file because of this. Have you tried to ping the server?
I have the same(or very similar) issue when i try to download something from the Azure Pipelines Artifacts.
So do you get this error with every file you try or just specific ones?

In my case, just with Azure Pipelines Artifacts.
Everything else works well.
I also sometimes experience problems like this. My solution is to use wget for the specific file as I can't get it to work with Persepolis/Aria
Curiously, i'm trying to do this so many times and always getting error, but now it's working... ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Oof. Let's keep this issue open, for now, or until it gets fixed.
@rauldipeas @SuperKaninchen Persepolis takes some time to search and validate the entered links, so you should wait some sec (mostly 3 seconds depending on internet connection) for it to complete the process and then click on download in add link window. I've had the same problem but I got it fixed.
