Seeing double-scroll bars on ubuntu Chrome 70: 

Multiple builds should be created for each browser.

Support archive orders in the popup. Allow the order to be changed.

Add integration tests using [puppeteer](https://www.npmjs.com/package/puppeteer), which supports loading [chrome extensions](https://github.com/GoogleChrome/puppeteer/tree/master/examples#load-a-chrome-extension) from directories.

If all archives are locked, show ~~a grey icon.~~ an icon that represents that there are no open archives..

Such as with MB: 

Provide a better way to log errors internally so that they're not simply squelched.
