[Dropbox] Cannot open vaults with special characters in filename

Vaults such as `sö.bcup` will not work on iOS Buttercup when using Dropbox.

Users may not know what to do when first opening the app. Some kind of welcome message + hints should be presented to new users.

Add support for translations. Use **i18next** like Buttercup Desktop.
