Update the licensing based on new features

Update the claims, documentations and FAQs for production release.

We should provide an inbuild byte stream processing with delimiter that maintains the buffer and always returns a full message. This enabled clients to focus on their business logic.

This was added for unit tests and should not be part of prod code.

The command delimiter should not be needed if message delimiter is added. Message delimiter should not be needed for single message. Review the options and documentation for performance improvements.
