Following up with https://github.com/authorizon/opal/issues/166

Just a UX improvement idea. Not urgent. If we only provide OPAL_SHOULD_REPORT_ON_DATA_UPDATES=True without OPAL_DEFAULT_UPDATE_CALLBACKS, then let opal-client can point to opal-server by default.
