hgt data missing ?

Hello,

Thanks very much for writing these modules, they're exactly what I need right now!

It looks like there aren't many datasets with region -> elevation or even any geojson with that information either!

So I've successfully run this locally and posted it a geojson but I got this strange error: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'data/N44W001.hgt' Does this mean that you only have data for some parts of the world ?

I don't mind if it's the case, as long as I can get a geojson with very granular regions and their elevation, I'm happy! I just need to know which part of the world to look at.
