Let's make the 404 page more interesting

Continuing on from #81, let's put interesting stuff on the 404 page. Links to latest articles, more prominent search box, or maybe even try to guess what they might be looking for.

Or a cat video.

This is partially satisfied by 37e8f7a9, which adds the latest articles and social sidebars to the 404 page.

We could use the metadata from issue #83 to power JavaScript code that suggests relevant articles perhaps?

Mostly it's the big white space (with the same note) that could use some love. Maybe even an image with a camel like Github's 404: https://github.com/briandfoy/io-interactive2
