Improvement: use MQTT Events instead of Device Event

Home Assistant 2023.8 introduced support for Events as native entities. Since they are more readily available from the UI and can have an history associated to them, I think using them instead of Device Triggers may help the users in seeing their status and integrate them in their automations.
