Public URL not refreshing

If I do not UNCHECK publicly accessible and then check it again, I see the same URL for all projects. If I do toggle the check, it refreshes.

I check Virtual Mappa, and I see this:

I then go check Old EnglishBells v2, and I see this (same URL):

I then uncheck and recheck the Publicly Accessible box, and when it refreshes I see this:
