BEAM documentation

Hello, I'm using a really old version of the BEAM deployment tool. This is the latest version https://artifactory.psdops.com/psddev-releases/com/psdops/beam/0.13.15.2664/beam-0.13.15.2664.sh . Where can I find the documentation for it? I need to create 2 VPC's but I can't find any documentation.
