Exception trying to unschedule draft when not having delete permissions for type

Hi,

We have a bug to report, although it's an interesting situation also because of which permissions should be tied to the operation. An exception occurs if you create a draft (initial or off a published item), schedule it for publishing, and then attempt to unschedule it when you don't have delete permissions for the content type.
