oscam pcsc reader support

Hi is it possible to build the next release with pcsc reader support or add it via packages if there is not enough space in the image for it? will oscam be a package in the future?

It's too much work. I'd recomment to buy more simple reader like this: http://www.buydvb.net/tbs3102-5-crystal-phoenixsmartmouse-card-reader-p-6.html
