If a job is killed manually, its status will remain as "running" in fig servlet.

By manually, I mean ctrl + c at the command line. I realize this may be inherent to the way fig works, but just putting this here to either alert users or see if there's a fix.

In theory, after a while of inactivity, 'running' should change to 'running*'.
