Creating a new row in execs > (all) fails silently

I navigate to: domains > examples > execs > (all)

Tried to create a new entry by pressing N and naming the entry newThing. I get the message:

success true
msg Created new domains | examples | execs | (all) | newThing in domains | examples | execs | (all)

But no row shows up, even after refreshing the page.

You cannot create items in (all), because that is a read-only view of all the execs. If you want to create a view/folder, then go up to execs and press 'N' there.
