K8SPSMDB-951: Custom PBM config
CHANGE DESCRIPTION
Problem: Lack of ability to provide all the PBM config options.
Solution:
Add spec.backup.configuration field that accepts PBM yaml config that will be merged with default PBM config that the operator creates where the custom config has the precedence.
