Arm ampere support

Proposal

The operator does not seem to support arm64. Is it possible that you add support to it?

Use-Case

Install it in hetzner ampere

@tzahifadida Only the operator image supports the arm. Our product images do not support it because not all versions of our PG distributions support it. As soon as we have all the needed RPMs, we will add them.
