Fundamental information and functionality missing

1. Display minimum/available balance.
2. Display opted-in applications.
3. Display opt-in costs per asset and per application.
4. Ability to opt-out of applications safely.

I constantly see confusion surrounding these from the community. Personally, I think that the above features will be unavoidable as the ecosystem continues to grow.
