Pera Wallet cannot parse Freeze / Unfreeze transactions

dApps that make use of freeze and unfreeze transactions are broken in the latest version of Pera Wallet. When the dApp sends the transaction to the wallet to request signature, the transaction fails with error "Unable to parse Transaction".

It is possible to verify this behavior using AlgoDesk to Freeze the assets of an account "B", from a transaction originated by "A" that is the registered Freeze account for the Asset.
