@arflyte so precisely what stable has? Should they be interactive? ie. if i'm watching a play session and want to message another spectator from the list.
We should probably revive this one.
New design seems like what stable has, so I'd say we'd go with that as a starting point.

Dunno how this can be fixed. Probably needs consideration at `MusicController` level.

I removed p0 because it's not a BREAKING GAME WTF DROP EVERYTHING.  It's in the song select release epic, for what it's worth.
If anything, we can probably just port the icon into the post text itself. Not sure we should be wasting time adding support for such a legacy thing.
