Hello,

I am very impressed with this tool. As far as I understand, I need to train my own model using untreated samples (without any modification on this set of samples) and treated samples. Additionally, we can utilize your pretrained models located in the trained_models folder directly. I would like to understand the differences among these models, such as NA12878_Norwich_joint_202106, NA12878_Norwich_seq_202106, and others. Could you provide details on the features extracted for each model?

I currently have a set of human data, but unfortunately, I don't have untreated data. I'm wondering how I should proceed.
