RME bug with items 459, 460, 2249, 2250
Actual but with RME, nothing can be done at our side.

It hardcodes items 459 and 460 as colored. This make our 459 and 469 borders full colored tiles and make our invisible stair 2249 also invisible at map editor, same for 2250 nothing special.
