I can only copy some text with images from other website technical posts. They're external link. I want ot convert them to inner link, which means link to my own resources, mabe from some so-called "pic-bed"?

Need a R2 to store the uploaded image? I have no R2 in my env. Is it possible to use some external link? e.g. <img src="https://a.com/xxxx.jpg">
