Improve position /replicate/linear to handle values with different exponents

Most Cosmos assets have the standard 10^6.

The position replicate linear command works well for those assets.

USDY is a yield bearing stable coin with `10^18.

allBTC is an aggregated asset of multiple BTC denoms on Osmosis that is 10^8.

These seems like things we should prioritize for providing liquidity.
