There is no list of what SVG features are implemented, or even what version(s) of SVG are supported. The following should be explicitly stated:

  • SVG 1.1 Second Edition
  • SVGZ
  • Paths
  • Basic shapes
  • Text
  • Painting
  • Color
  • Gradients and patterns
  • Clipping, masking and compositing
  • Filter effects
  • Interactivity
  • Linking
  • Scripting
  • Animation
  • Fonts
  • Metadata

Without listing how much or whether these are supported, one might assume they are all fully supported, and try to use a file that uses features this library doesn't support, and might spend hours redrawing or removing effects before figuring out what was broken.
