Phishingfrenzy not capturing time the mail was opened

In the reports I am not getting any alerts regarding time the email was opened or weather email was opened unless, the link is clicked and we get notification for linked clicked and time also it turns email opened,

I think we should get alert for email opened and its timestap,please help me resolve this,
