Feature request - password reset

A password reset function either from within the user management console (change other user password) or as an option at the login screen (self-reset) would be a killer feature.

Administrative change password would probably be best implemented after some role based security as referenced in 223, but a self-reset would get a locked out user out of the ditch without a delete / recreate.
