feature: Dashed stroke customization

Penpot gives a choice to select stroke style between: solid, dotted, dashed or mixed, but it gives no further customization options like gaps vs dashes length.

Describe the solution you'd like.

When dashed stroke is selected add the gap and dash property

Describe alternatives you've considered.
