font-feature-settings support

Many fonts have features such as ligatures, stylistic alternates, and various numeral formats. in CSS these can be activated with the font-feature-settings property

This request is for toggle buttons in the text panel to turn on / off font-feature-settings for "salt" "liga" and "tnum" (perhaps folded under a sub panel)

Figma has a similar list of font feature settings in their expanded font dialog.

This CSS attribute could be applied to an entire text object or inline elements similar to text bolding.
