Dining UI Bug - Dining Hall name at top reverts to "Dining"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open 1920 commons (or any dining hall with 4 meal tabs)
  2. navigate to the third tab from the left
  3. observe that the title bar label changes from the dining hall name to "Dining"
