[Hacktoberfest Frontend] FAQ Spacing

We all forget things! Luckily, if you forget how to use OHQ, there's a handy dandy FAQ feature that you can quickly pull up on your phone. Unfortunately, there are a formatting issues on the page that detract from the user experience (specifically on the mobile view).

See the image below. There are 2 issues.

  1. The header "Frequently Asked Questions" and the Navbar with "For Instructors" and "For Students" are not aligned with the top Navbar with "Dashboard" and other options (the left margin of the former two should match that of the top Navbar).
  2. The Navbar with "For Instructors" and "For Students" Does not need to stretch the whole page. Shorten this Navbar.
