@youchann @noronaoki このissueのモチベーション的に[tipElement](https://ingred-ui.netlify.app/?path=/story/components-utils-confirmmodal--with-tips)も`ReactNode`みたいに渡す感じにした方が統一感あるのかなと思ったんですが、どうでしょうか タイトルと閉じるボタン以外の「モーダル上部に置くもの」として扱う感じでしょうか (アクションじゃないものも渡せてしまうので、`subAction`という名前じゃないほうが良い？)

`addScrollbarProperties`で`height: auto`が指定されていることが原因ぽい。 #235 で直す予定。
