Updating tab issue for renaming or deleting pages

Plugin doesn't process well on below page title changed situations.

  1. When the page is renamed in logseq, the tab should be updated. But currently it doesn't have any update.
  2. When the page is renamed or deleted outside of logseq(when logseq is off), the tab of deleted page should be deleted either when turning the logseq on. But currently tab still remains, including pinned tab.

Would it work to just check whether all files still exist on startup/graph being opened? Or is the issue files being deleted in general (even with Logseq running)? Then maybe it would work to check if file still exists when page is being opened, or perhaps in some time intervals, say once per minute? Or combination of both?
