feature request: scroll over tabs

Hi,

I am reading PDFs in logseq so the window is split vertically into two panes. The right panes has the tabs but given that they are not off fixed size (#33) I can only access one other tab, as the others are occluded.

I think the expected behavior is to allow scrolling with the mouse cursor over the tabs to show the tabs on the right or left that would otherwise stay hidden.
