Feature request: Open a tab from search bar

Hi,

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. I was thinking a useful feature would be to open a file from the search bar as a new tab.

The workflow could be something like:

cmd + k -> search for a page -> cmd + click (or some shortcut) -> Opens selected page as a new tab.

This would be useful when we are searching for pages and keep them as tabs for later viewing, while still working on the current page.

This would be like the tab version of shift + click which opens pages in right bar :)

Hi, I think your request is a duplicate of https://github.com/pengx17/logseq-plugin-tabs/issues/6.

Yes, you are right. Sorry I missed that!

Hi,

Since it is not currently possible to open a new page directly from the search bar, I was thinking that one alternative can be to have a keyboard shortcut that opens a new tab and loads a default page (which we can configure in settings) and then we can open or create the page we want to through the search bar. This would be in line with how we interact with browsers. This will allow us to keep the current page open as one of the tabs while moving to a new one.

Another related useful feature could be to add the option of moving to the new tab when opening a link with mod + click. Maybe it can have its own shortcut like mod + shift + click.
