能否添加logseq-l10n这个库，用来给插件做翻译
非常抱歉，我不是个前后端工程师，所以我不太会添加另一个大佬的logseq-l10n翻译插件。所以，您能否帮忙添加一下，然后如果觉得翻译太烦的话，我来完成翻译。谢谢！ 这是翻译库的插件的地址： https://github.com/sethyuan/logseq-l10n

还有一个原因就是您这个插件的代码结构不太熟，自己加的话可能会多走许多弯路

你好，我更新到了最新的heatmap版本，但是仍然没有发现中文翻译
请问是要在哪里进行中文翻译的设置吗
