feat: add foldable-title margin-bottom

This change only applies to foldable-title in the journal pages. Not sure if you want to add margins to all page titles as well?

This style is added so that the position of the journal title will not blink when jumping. So just add to the journal pages.

Strange. I did not see the title blinks when switching between journals list page and an individual journal page. What is your Logseq version + Dev them eversion?
