[Feature] Add PDF theme

It would be awesome if the theme included a PDF viewer theme in the future. Logseq PDF CSS is available at https://github.com/logseq/logseq/tree/master/src/main/frontend/extensions/pdf.

Thanks @Bad3r , I personally do not read PDF in Logseq muchand I will do it later if I have time next month. Meanwhile I have marked the issue as help wanted to see if some other can take the task.
