Add an option to disable highlighting for items on ground in darkness

Title says it all. In my opinion items that are in darkness shouldn't be visible to players unless they can see them without mod. Currently it highlights items that are not visible at night/darkness, which kind of violates default game behavior/intent and allows you to pick them up in darkness.
