I shared the demo with some doctors and one of them tell me "You have to use simpler terms, my patients don't know what 'somnolencia' is' She is from Curuguaty city.

Some words like this are important to keep, I guess it will better to create a glossary with that terms explained in simpler words for all kind of users.

I think Guarani option and also the glossary with terms explained are really good alternatives for this issue.

Por supuesto que vamos a desarrollar la app en Guaraní, pero creemos que primero debemos terminarla en español al 400% y despúes lo vemos para otros idiomas.

Creo que si alguien quiere adelantar el trabajo en Guaraní o lo del Glosario es libre de usar este issue y aportar. Es lo hermoso del Open Source.

She says she uses words like 'mucho sueño', 'debilidad', 'cansancio' Those words could go in the Glossary as possible synonyms like @danielmartinezsarta suggested.

I'm sorry, I still didn't have time to fork. I am not very familiar with the language chosen in the project, I just trying to help in any way I can. But I'll do fork it to make at least a few PR.
