No license on package

Hi Stas,

Just wanted to note that this jar doesn't have a license, making it flag when trying to figure out one's licensing situation. I understand that it's only one file, and there's probably nothing copyrightable to license in that file, but it would be nice to have a license identified.

Should it be a "I don't care" item, may I suggest https://spdx.org/licenses/MIT-0.html ?

Same request here, can you please add a LICENSE file? I have submitted a PR for this #3, but yeah, technically probably not copyrightable.
