Sprinto not working in a specific discord server

Sprinto hasn't been working in one of my servers for months now. We thought at first that Sprinto was just offline or having issues that week and switched to a different sprinting bot though I much prefer this one. I realized recently that in a private server Sprinto was working fine there just the week before (and tested it again today to see that it was working). The error is weird in and of itself because it says that there is a sprint running already and we can't cancel it or nudge it along at all. It seems to not be registering that there is a sprint at all when we try to cancel or admin cancel it, it won't let us start a new one because one is "already running", but if I try to nudge it, the time of the sprint just gets longer. (It is now at over 50 days in length.) I even had the owner kick Sprinto and then I added it back, but it just gave me the same errors as before.

I would think it was maybe an access issue, but sprinto had worked for weeks before bugging out permanently in this server so I don't think it's just a permissions thing. So not really sure where to go from here.

Sorry somehow invalid database entries get generated sometimes (and it leads this problem, which I thought had gone away but I guess not, or maybe it's something else, anyway...). I apparently haven't found a way to fix it automatically.

Can you check if sprints work in other channels on the server? The easiest fix is to make a new sprinting channel and delete the old one. Otherwise please let me know the ID of the channel and server and I'll try to fix it manually in the database.
