Rub Through -Tool (Request / Improvment)

Once Pencil2D get's in a state where we could look into new features this is a feature I would like to see some developer give a try.The idea is to have a tool that makes animating small movements easier,

The 'rub through' tool works kind of like an eraser but the opposite way. In a sequence where a face have eyes blinking, hair blowing in the wind you could simply add the next frame, turn onion skin on, animate the hair/eyes all the parts that needs change. So now you need the rest of the body transferred to the frame. One way to do it is to draw the lines again, other method would have been that you should have started off with a copy of the previous frame and erased parts that needed changing..but since we now got this powerful 'rub through' tool you can easily rub the line work you need off the previous frame and save some precious animating time.

This i the basic functionality, pretty sure other things could make sense to add to this tool. One thought is maybe we don't need a separate tool maybe the eraser tool could get to have this 'hidden' feature if you just press 'ALT' when erasing.

Start animating and see if you find out you would want this tool too :)
